The Gem Den came together in 2008, a few years after we opened our sister stores, The PotteryWorks and The BeadWorks. The bead shop's wide selection of natural gemstone beads sparked our curiosity in raw forms of minerals, gemstones, and crystals. We enjoy discovering gems from all around the globe and bringing them to our curious customers.

The shop's selection of gems is constantly changing and shifting as pieces find their way out into the world and new specimens find their way in. Our goal is to elevate each and every stone or crystal to the level where it can really be seen and will be truly appreciated. Digging through wood bowls of tumbles and a treasure chest of crystal points satisfies the gathering instinct. Gazing upon our 9 foot wall of larger specimens inspires appreciation for what nature creates.
